  • Tattoos are for everyone, all skin tones, body types, genders are welcome.

  • You must be 18+ to be tattooed

  • If you are requesting a custom piece, please write as thorough a description of your ideas as possible, the more information the better. Your artist will send you the drawing the night before your appointment and is happy to make any changes or edits as needed.

  • Please do not change your concept after filling out this form.

  • Filling out a form does not guarantee an appointment.

  • Tattoos are priced by the piece, we are happy to provide a quote upon request. If you have a maximum budget please let us know so it can be accommodated.
